Classes

At Titans, We design most of our classes for all levels of fitness and skill Level. Our classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of boxing, increase physical fitness or take the sport to the next level.

We focus on functional exercises that will build strength, stamina and confidence. We drive our classes with discipline and hard work, and always mix in some fun.

 
 

Tiny Titans (6-11yrs old)

Mondays, Wednesdays
5:00pm — 6:00pm

A fun introduction to Boxing for kids to learn the basics as well as burn off some of that excess energy.

 

Senior Youth Boxing (12-17)

Mondays, WEDNesdays
6:15pm — 7:15pm

a more in-depth class on the fundamentals of boxing and high intensity workouts to create a diverse overall athleticism.

 
 

Sparring and open boxing

Fridays
6:00pm-8:00pm

A very important aspect of competing as a boxer, open to competitors and prospects. We run various stations with different styles to prepare our boxers for any style of opponent.

 

boxing ESSENTIALs

Tuesdays
6:15pm – 7:15pm

This class is about building on boxing essentials and elevating your knowledge base to the next level.

 
 

Adult Boxing (18+)

Mondays, WEDNESDAYS
7:30pm-8:30pm

this class is all encompassing. We breakdown everything from the basics to some of the more technical aspects of the sport, all while pushing the body’s physical performance to the limit.

 

Womans BOXFIT

Ladies only, having fun and learning the basics of boxing and mixing in functional exercises. This is a great HIIT Workout

 
 

pRIVATE SESSIONS

We offer clients the opportunity to book a coach/the gym for $60 per hour to really get that ONE-ON-ONE attention, for our experienced fighters or someone just beginning. These help the progression at a fast pace.
